I came to my country to see my family. I go back to U.S next week, and I still have my I-94.

  1. Dont worry about it. They usually have an electronic record of the people leaving the country anyway. In any case, just keep that with you and show it to the immigration officer in case they ask. As long as your Student visa is still current, and you have a letter from your university stating that you are an enrolled student there should not be a problem.

  2. It really isn't a concern since you are on an F1 visa and I assume you have stayed in status throughout your time in the U.S. and that you have a valid I-20 and F1 visa for re-entry.

If you have already graduated, left the U.S. and are now wanting to return to the U.S. on a different visa, then you can expect further questions to be asked. However, just take with you the I-94 and proof that you left the U.S. when you were suppose to i.e. flight tickets, stamp in your passport, pay-stubs from your employer or that you enrolled in another program in your home country.
