I have an HP psc 2200 series all-in-one unit. It has always worked beautifully, and I love it. Until recently, when I attempted to install a new ink cartridge. First, the cartridge wouldn't go in correctly, kept getting the read out to remove and reinstall. I did that three or four times. Then I put the old one back in to see if that would work. Then it seemed ok, and was going to do the alignment print, then it stopped, and the read out says that alignment was cancelled. I can't get the unit to do anything, it won't do the alignment, and it won't turn off, the light on the scan button just blinks continually. When I open the unit to try to see if I can remove the cartridge, nothing happens. The cartridge units won't move to the center area so that I can remove them. I try to get the set up button to work, and it just beeps. All of the buttons just beep at me, and the scan button continues to blink. What can I do? What should I do.
