I have an IQ of 107??? Is that average??

I took an Iq test online, so I want to know what it means, and how IQs are scored and how the system works.

and i scored a 115

107 is about an average IQ score. Do not take online IQ tests too seriously as they are not terribly accurate. The tests actually have little to do with how intelligent you are, rather your problem solving abilities.

I Q scores are not a real sign of intelligence. There are a variety of

tests that are used to score your IQ but they tend to be biased in favour of whites. Real intelligence comes from using the brain you

have to its best advantage. Some people could score very high on tests that revolve around math or science if that is something they

are good at (I wouldn't!) Others would do well in English,history, art

of whatever. Peoples' minds all work differently so I don't believe in all this stuff about Mensa and high I.Q. Some of the brainiest people I have met are also the biggest idiots.

There should be a rating system on the test you took that shows you where 107 is compared to the average person.
