  1. Hey Sweet Cakes,

I took a communications class in this my sophomore year (in college) and while it was the WORST class (presentations and in front of the class stuff), I did learn this.  The people above are right, you're supposed to spin the good into the bad.  With the "I don't finish working until the job is complete" you could also say that you been known take on too much at one time, but that it's always been okay because you have great time management skills and are work efficient.  That's what I usually say at least.

    Good luck!

  2. This is the one where you are supposed to turn negative questions into positive answers. Say something about how you can't stop a project until it's complete, or how you work too hard. Basically, some sort of "I won't rest until my job is finished" type of thing, or even that you work a little too hard sometimes. good luck.

  3. Twist ur good ones as a liitle bad one

    1) Working inside the problem and succeeding finding complex solutions.I would had sometimes  think outside the issue and solve it ,as every complex problem has a simple solution.

    2) Working out of office hours and spenting little time for leisures.

  4. John's got it.

    1) Be truthful

    2) Spin your answer in a way that is positive.

For me, I sometimes try to take on too much and I also have tendency to try and "build Rome in a day."

  5. A technique that may be helpful is to (first) pause and not immediately go into a laundry list of least favorable (or most favorable) qualities ... then, in your most poised and comfortable tone, respond, "that depends."

From here, have available two qualities you'd like to share  ... preferably one that is realted to the specific job or industry you are interviewing for, and the other should be more aligned with your personal growth and development.

For example, you mentioned in your post that, "I easily get nervous."  That may be a least favorable quality for the position you're applying for, or it could simply be -in your mind- a least favorable quality for how you view yourself.  In either case, you could frame your response around how your nervousness can -at times- get in the way of what you're trying to accomplish at any given moment.

The most critical point to remember as you prepare yourself for this possible interview question is to be sure and frame it from a "growth and development" aspect.  That is, be honest with yourself and select a quality that you are actually working on to improve.  In my view, relating that quality to either the job itself or you generally, allows for the dialogue to flow a lot smoother and you to appear genuine in your response.

Good luck, don't fret over it, and simply prepare yourself -without being over-prepared!
