I have an Intex Pool with metal poles. Is it dangerous if it's on uneven ground?

The ground was even, but now that it rained, the mud settled and it's about 4" deeper on one side than the other. My husband thinks it's going to collapse into the neighbor's house (not good!) and he wants to drain the pool and move it. That'll be an expensive move, so I don't want to have to do anything. It bulges a bit on the one side, and the metal pole is leaning from the weight.

yes it will colapse.... it needs to be on LEVEL ground!!!!!!!
