I have an Ipod touch. Is there any way that I can upload dvd's from my computer to my Ipod? ?

I dont want to have to rent it from iTunes or buy it from there.

Yes, first you have to transfer them to Itunes. Then you sync your i-pod and they should be on your i-pod. To get them to i-tunes, you should be able to drag them from say Windows Media player to i-tunes. First, open both and make both windows small and so you can see both windows opened (i-tunes and windows media for example) and drag the selected video/clip from windows media to i-tunes. Then sync. This is how I do it, don't know if it will for you. It should though. I hope my answer helped.

of course,iPod accepts only MP4 videos,you need a professional third party software to rip ur DVDs to MP4 videos.i recommend iSkysoft DVD to iPod Converter,it's easy to operate and support free upgrade.

iPod can only support mpeg4 video.
