I have an LHT764 Surround Sound System from LG. There's no audio from the speakers and it won't tune the tune

I have an LHT764 Surround Sound System from LG. There's no audio from the speakers and it won't tune the tuner. I ran it through the speaker test from the menu & there's still no sound. I even doublechecked all of my audio connections and their firm. Any ideas?

Do you mean that you tried the pink noise generator on the receiver and still didn't get any sound ? I'm not familiar with this system but since the pink noise is generated internally and does not rely on any input you might check if there is a speaker switch (on/off, A/B etc.) usually on the front of the receiver.Make sure it is either engaged or set to on.
