I have an MP3,(MP4)player. was marketed as a MP4, supports MP1,MP2,MP3,WMA,WMV,ASF,AMV,WAV,ACT,OGG,formats,(some of this formats,will only work,after using the conversion,disk,software, which did'nt come with this(never buy anything more tech than a hot dog off the street.(how do i get a disk?)the player is generic,non brand name on it,but is a dup. for the i sonic snapbox-25 digtal player. my player could be reconized by the computer at one point,(before the computer was sent to be cleaned)but could not transfer any pic's, video,or music to the unit from the computer.radio funtion & record work, I have a dell running xp,and iuse windows media player11?I think, how do I get this to work to gether, whats the problem?--drivers?formating? help thanks,ALLTHUMBS
