Recently when siging into windows live messenger it sends messages to all of my contacts individually saying something about downloading a picture file or something. pretty much everyone knows its a virus and ignors it but i really eats up memory on my computer and closes other msn windows. i have tried re-intalling, a full system virus scan msn virus removal tools and changing my password.

is there anything else i can try or can anyone suggest a way to solve this problem?

  1. it's not your msn probably, its your desktop "PC"...

try downloading an anti-virus such as bit defender 08..

  2. AVG version 8 or avast anti-virus

  3. Na.. it sounds like its most likely your pc.

i had a similar problem and i ended up having to re-install windows nd everything.

then i had 2 buy a new virus protection.

    CA SECURITY CENTER.

    or you can get PC-CILLIN.

that's pretty good but the bloke at the comp store said that hackers and stuff are figuring out how to hack through it, he reckons that CA was one of the best.

but yer, u prob hav 2 reinstall windows and everything again.

sorry, but this is the better way, safer and less expensive then buying a new comp.
