I have an Oris BC3

I have an Oris BC3 which was never a great time keeper; gaining or losing 5-10 seconds per day. Recently, it started to gain at an alarming rate and I took it to be cleaned and regulated at a watch repairers. However, it is no better and still gains about 5 seconds an hour!
