I have an ULTRALITE STEAM CLEANER and I've forgotten how to open it and i dont know where to pour the water?

there's a big black k**b on the front but it wont turn, a friend tried to open it and pulled the k**b off and its just a metal thing idk does someone have a similar or the exact product?
