You need a good signal to your wireless router, try having your xbox in good range of it.

It sucks with Xboxes because there is no signal indicator. I hope they add one.

Used the wired network adapter and it will be more reliable.

try using the x box closer to your internet router. usually staying on the same floor as it is enough.
