I am getting ready to throw a graduation party for about 10 8th graders and am having a difficult time getting rules together. I also need help with a liability waiver for parents to sign. Any ideas?

  1. no peeing in pool

  2. If you put too many limitations, and go as far as having a liability waiver, you may seem over protective and obsessive. This will make the kids less inclined to come, or have fun while there. I'd say just stick with common sense rules like No Diving, No Running Around the Pool, No Horsing Around by the Pool. Small stuff like that.

  3. you shouldn't be having any rules if you want to have fun =D

But you can still put up a rule of "Dont bring food around the pool area" =)

       Have fun!

  4. safety rules

dont let them push each other in the pool make sure they dont dive in shallow water or jump on each other and if someone cant swim or is a week swimmer make sure they dont go in the deep water basicaly if anything looks un - safe to you tell them not to do it.

search google check the RLSS website out

  5. What rules do you have for your family?  It should be the same.

  6. You dont need a special rule letter for the parents....Just tell your kids to tell their friends about being careful to keep the water clean (no food...accidents...etc.)Also,put a wet towel or something by the pool so they dont get grass or dirt in the pool. No diving or pushing.........and whatever else you think....

  7. i do not think you need a liability waiver its not that big of a deal. but some good rules would be no diving, no running on the pool deck, no horseplay
