  1. Try and pick up a good tile and vinyl cleaner from a pool store. Try either a Sun product or Biodex if you can find it. DON'T BUY FROM PLACES LOST WALMART OR COSTCO. Also, in response to the person above me. Don't put chlorine tablets in your filter. You will destroy your filter and all the components. Put it in your floater and try to keep it from getting caught on the sides. Also make sure you are shocking the pool once a week. If the spots dont go away from the cleaner it is just stained and you can pretend it's not there or get a new liner.

  2. People have probably been wearing makeup or have had their hairdye leak in the pool. Its nothing serious. What you need to do is go in their and grab an old toothbrush or something and put baking soda on it. Scrub the side of the pool with it. If that doesn't work go to a store like a OD Green or Ace hard ware or even Sundance, and get some chemicals for your pool or special cleaning devices. Ask an employee and tell them about your problem. They should be able to help. My advice is go to A sundance first then an Ace hardware store.    -Or you aren't keeping your pool clean enough. make sure you put a chlorine tablet in your pool's filter 3 times a week. And be sure to test the PH level in your pool. You can buy a pool PH level test kit for as cheap as $20.00. Also make sure you filter, vacumm, and backwash. Backwash the pool once a week to keep the flow going and keeping it clean. Good Luck!
