I have an acer orbi cam every time i try to use it it says its being used by another application.?

whenever i try to use it on skype it says the same. All the settings are correct. Please help

  1. i had a problem like this, well it was very similar i took my cam out of the socket it was in and into a different one and it works. Also if your on a laptop with a docking station do not plug it into the docking station.
