There's gotta be a way to get them off my desk, and out of my room, asap. I'm sick of them crawling all over the keyboard and on me!

  1. Its your room clean?

it the weather hot where you live?

this are some reason why you get ants

buy one of those sprays that kills them

  2. i would suggest getting the food out of there or putting up traps and if that doesnt work throw boiling water on them or call the exterminator

  3. A couple of years ago, someone posted a recipe for ant baits that is very effective:

    1/4 cup sugar

    2 tablespoons Borax

    3/4 cup hot water

Stir everything together until the sugar and Borax dissolve, then dip pieces of bread crust in the solution. Put the crusts where you see the ants coming in. You should see results in as little as 4 hours, but you may want to leave the baits out for a couple of weeks to take care of any stragglers.

    Good luck!

  4. Food and sweets attract ants.  Is there crumbs, or left over snacks in your room, if so get rid of it.  You can follow the ants back to where they are getting in to the house.  Buy some granulated ant killer at Home Depot or a Hardware store or Walmart, where ever. Sprinkle the poison at the entrance of where they are coming in.  Spray your room with ant killer as well clean up all of the dead ants.  Spray the trail that they have taken to get to your room,.  Keep your room free of crumbs and other left overs.

  5. That Borax and sugar thing works!!!
