I am selling both mare and foal together to make that clear.

Angel is not registered and as far as i know is not a show horse. I do not really understand conformation so i do not know if she has good or bad. Tracer has bloodlines, but at the moment i am unable to retrieve them. I would like answers fast because i am putting adds up and i not sure how much i should sell her for. Also if anyone has an oppinion anout her conformation, please explain.

  1. Hard to tell for sure because the video is shaky and there is not a shot of her standing square, but it appears to me that your mare is narrow-chested, withers appear quite narrow and high for an arab, rump is too downhill, neck ties in too low to the withers, too straight through the hocks.  Poor conformation, overall.  She has no registration papers, therefore no guarantee that she is even 100% purebred.  Therefore her colt is also not registerable.  No reputable stallion will cover an unpapered mare, so even if the stud had good bloodlines, he's nothing special in and of himself.  She hasn't been ridden in 9 months, she does not appear to have any special training in a specific discipline, therefore green broke,  She's not beginner-safe.  Basically, she's worth very little and so is the colt.  I live in Montana, so I'm familiar with the horse market in that part of the country.  Horses like her and better are selling at auction for a couple hundred or less, many are not even selling at all.  Private party sales on an unregistered horse without a high level of training are $300 or less (I see a lot of horses 'free to good owner' now with absolutely nothing wrong with them).  The economy is poor, people can't afford to feed their horses so are selling them off, the market is glutted with mediocre quality horses all over.  You'll be lucky if you can get someone to pay you $500 for the pair of them.
