If it from an accredited college/university you should be able to apply it towards the first two years of a university science degree at a Canadian university.

To practice anesthesiology in the US, you need to have a medical degree.  We don't have associates degrees in anesthesia in the US.

Your education might be able to be applied to your undergraduate degree - that is the decision of the school into which you eventually are accepted.

After you finish college, you must go to medical school for 4 years, and complete a 4 year residency.
