I have an associate of arts degree with a 3.0 GPA, but I want to get a Green 4 year degree. Any suggestions?

I want to get a job with a Green Eco-Friendly Company. I only have an associate of arts degree. I assume I still need a 4 year degree but a getting my foot in the door now would be helpful.

Environmental Studies programs are available at a lot of 4 year schools.  I went to the University of California at Santa Cruz and they ahd a good program.
