I have an avanti water cooler at home and we use crystal springs water for it. we recently bought 2 new giant

bottles for it and for some reason the taste is all medicine-y or something. it's awful. i figured it was a bad tube of water or something so we bought a whole new one and same thing happened. what is wrong? could it be the place we are getting the water or is the water cooler dirty or rusty or something? my dad sais there's no filter or anything like that. i really can't drink the water, wat could be wrong

  2. You really need to call Crystal Springs' Consumer Affairs line.  It could very well be a problem with the water, and they would want to track the bottle and have it tested as well.  Also, you can expect a refund.
