I have an averatec 7100

Question

i have an averatec 7100 laptop. i upgraded from xp media to vista. at one time it told me i needed the drivers for ethernet controller, network controller and audio card. where can i find these for download? the most vital is the ethernet controller. need help fast, this is killing me for school work.
