i filed an complaint with the eeoc against the company i was working for,its been 41/2 months,now its to the point that the eeoc has proposed a settlement offer to the company,does that mean that the eeoc has a idead that reasonable cause has been found to beleave that discrimation has been found?a determination in the case has not been made yet but sson to come,do anyone knows about this,or has been through this.
