  1. The first one is eye drops. Second, you need to go to a doctor to verify that you have an ear infection and take what the doctor prescribes for you. People like you are the main reason why we have antibiotic resistant bacteria now. You have pills left over from past infections because you didn't complete your full course of antibiotic therapy. Now you're going to attempt to self-treat yourself for something you don't know you have with antibiotics that you don't know will work and you have noclue on how often to take them daily or for how long. Please, just go see your doctor.

  2. Ceftin and Keflex (Cephalexin) are both antibiotics; you need to take the one the doctor prescribed.  The solution is for your eyes; that's what "ophthalmic" means.

  3. don't use the opthalmic drops even though they are antibiotic they are for the eyes, now if they said otic= ears.  ceftin and cephalexin are both cephalosporin antibiotics used to treat bacterial infections, do you remember what they gave them for?  i would contact my dr and let them know what you have and ask if its ok to take one of them and which one

  4. If you have an ear infection you need an anti-biotic.  If you don't have an ear infection, you shouldn't use any of those things.

Go to a doctor and find out for sure.

  5. Sounds like you need an antibiotic, but if you only have a partial script you need to go to the doc to get a full one.  Plus, some anti-b's work better for different things, so going to the doc is a good idea anyway.  I don't know where you are from, but if you don't have a doc or a lot of $ , some Target stores have "clinics".  Or you could go to Patient First if you are desperate.  Ear infections can be painful I know.
