I have an eastern box turtle. Can anyone tell me how to tell males from females?

I also wondered if you could tell me if 2 turtles will get along in the same tank? Thank you

Male turtles have longer claws/fingernails than the females, I believe the male has a longer tail then a female, and the shells might be different too but..the nail length is the easiest to recognize.

males have longer claws, longer tails, and here in georgia the males have red eyes believe it or not.
