How about going to Ebay and searching for pirani (and/or penning?

I found one Edwards (the company) Pirani (type of vacuum gauge) in:

"Business & Industrial > Manufacturing & Metalworking > Semiconductor & PCB Equipment > Semiconductor Manufacturing > Wafer Processing"

which seems like an esoteric category to me, but "Business & Industrial" would be a place to start.

My exprerience of Pirani-Penning is that they produce medium and high vacuum gauges.They mght make lots of other things but I think they are bound to still be big in the vacuum production and measuring business.So unless you know better I suggest the category would be "Scietific and technical/vacuum technology".
