I have an elgin american lighter pat d174806 and im not sure how to service it...?

It has almost no wick, and im not sure how to ad more flint, or fuel or anything... can anyone help me out?

  1. There is a little tab under the wick at the front. you need to push it with a small screwdriver and lift at the same time.
