i am a female and im 19 years old, whenever me and my fiance have sexual intercourse it is usually over within 2 muinets - usually because I o****m first, i mean its usually the guy i just dont know how to make it last longer because he gets really frustrated please help

you know that muscle you squeeze when you have to pee and you hold it in. Use that muscle when you're beginning to feel the o****m coming and hold it... that should prolong it . and make the o****m better too (:
