I have an enlarged prostate,my doctor told me not to have caffeine.Has anyone else been told this?

Yes, You see caffeine is very dangerous in a person who have a prostate problems because it increase the risk of prostate disease also the doctor prescribed you a high blood pressure medicine because maybe you are too much taking caffeine or just drinking too much coffee or others that contains caffeine.

Remember that caffeine also can cause  high blood pressure

Caffeine can easily irritate the nerves in the area, but it is something you can figure out for yourself.

Stop drinking it, see how you feel. If it doesn't make a difference, it doesn't make a difference.
