No not all equip cards increase Attack. There are many viriatys of equips. In Example, some deal damage, summon monsters, allow direct attack, give immunity from attacks, decrease attack of opponent, increase attack,etc. Theres many variatys, all you gotta do is read the cards and figure out wich ones would work in your deck
