I have an error uploading pictures to a website. Help? 10 points!?

I have joined a pen pal website for research on communications and such. But upon creating an account I keep getting this error page when attempting to upload pictures.

That is an error on their end.  That is a serving/script error.  Not your fault.  The only thing you can do is contact the webmaster/administrator.
