I have an ex-employee who created a finance website for my bussines..?

he has our username & password & is logging into my account and stealing my good standing customers & taking my bussiness- How can I change the log-in info& password, if he was the one who created it?. Please help!

this should have been changed the moment he walked out the door.  call a computer web site designer and have them come in and change the information immediately or temporarily shut the system down until the site can be made secure.

He might argue that he has proprietary control of your finance website if it was created by him.  Do you think there is any chance that is true.

You are going to have to contact the Webmaster for your domain account.  And the Servers.  But they are going to have to believe that you are truly the owner of the site.Are you sure that your name appears on everything.  If so, they will change the password.  You may have to fax or mail them something first.

I worry that it is already too late.  The ex has all your clients already.
