i have an external drive (Canyon HDD25) which although i can see on the 'my computer' screen i keep getting errors stating it is not acessible. when trying to eject it as its USB i keep getting a message stating a program is still accessing it even though nothing is - unfortunately i have had to resort to just unplugging it now as it was slowing the PC down - any help/suggestions gratefully received
