i have an external hard dive that i am not able to download from it to my computer, when is blugged in all it does is make a tic sound on and on, every thing else works fine on the device, power supply, the on off switch, the blue light comes on, the only thing is i cantdownload my datd on to my computer please try to help me with my problem,
