  1. Your eyes just need a break. This happens to me sometimes also when I am studying too hard. it will go away on it's own although I know that it is annoying.

  2. rest and/or bathe your eye, if it's the same kind a twitch i had it's bearly seeable by other people but it feels major to u.. or it could be an underlying eye infection so if it persists see a doc

  3. you could need glasses go to the opticians

  4. A twitching eye is usually caused by lack of sleep and the twitching is the nerves in your eye! Playing on your playstation 3 for a "long long time" will be the reason for your lack of sleep and also your twitching eye!! It is also often caused by things like too much coffee :] though I definately think its the lack of sleep which has affected your eye. In order to stop the twitching you need to give your eye a break and get a good nights sleep. Yes the playstation 3 may seem addictive, but playing it all night will come with a cost and also some annoying side affects. The ideal amount of time needing for sleeping per night is 8 hours, so try working your playing time around that and I'm sure the twitch will go!

Good luck, hope it's not too annoying for you!
