I have an hitachi dvdcam,after recording a day at the zoo and i went to playback on tv at home a error message

appears saying ....found error in image file,repair data now,when i do this it then comes format disc up all data will be deleted.format disc now?....i select no,dont want to lose all my days recording,is there any thing i can do?i used a jvc 1.4gb dvd-rw disc.

You could try ISOBuster to see if it can recover the data from your DVD.

You need to convert the files before your PC can read the disk, I used handbrake and it worked for me.

Likely hood is that the data is still there, but your comuter cannit see it, there are a few progs about that let you recover your data
