I have an hp 2210 ipaq pocket pc. When I bought it off ebay it came with a stowaway infared wireless keyboard

When I've tried to download the disc by putting it in the computer it aborts it. Any ideas and also any ideas of where I could get another disc from? I've also tried downloading the installation from the internet but to no avail it still aborts it in the process? Would value any good advice and help with this.
