Recently, I plugged my iPod into my computer. And nothing happened. So I unplugged it. Except that happened like five times. And when I unplugged my iPod the last time and looked at the songs, there were none. All the music was wiped off my iPod,but the pictures on it remained. No biggie though cause everything's backed. I considered restoring my iPod but I can't even get the page up to do so. Anyone know what I can do?

  1. well if u unplug it and plug it to much it does mess it up

  2. you may be overcharging it... just let it sit out for a day off of the charger, and it should be fine

  3. I'd check the computer for viruses.

  4. Be careful of which USB port you use.  My brother found out that on his Mac, the keyboard USB worked intermittently, but the port on the back had enough power to interface with my pod.  Double check your itunes settings if you are using this particular platform, it seems you may have unwittingly checked an option that "synched" only the music, not the photos.  Itunes can be very frustrating at first, I have been through a similar endeavor as you.  Luckily my Mac has never experienced a USB or pod recognition problem though.

  5. You might have to redownload Itunes.

  6. If i were you, I would also check the sync settings too.

  7. just keep it off the charger til it dies..then after it dies redownload itunes and plug your ipod in agian..if that doesnt work take it in to the guys at bestbuy..the geeksquad people..they help :)
