Create a mock-up, or schematics(showing game measurements, requirements). Then patent your idea.

After that, you can hire a company to do the marketing or sales of your product. Or, you can skip the middlemen and try selling it yourself to the casinos.

Not that difficult, actually. Just have to know where to look for the contact numbers for the proper casino managers.

go get a patent it on it first, and then sell it to a company that markets games to casinos. for a small spiff
