I have an idea for a store?

Ok say I have an idea for a store and I really think it would work how would I go about it to try to sale this idea what would I need to do ?

First you need to prove that the market is there.

You need to run the number to show profit.

even find possible locations for the store. Then put it all together once you have done that then start looking for investors. You need to have a good product and sell it on a gold platter.
