I just became an U.S citizen and i would like to know if i could make a petition for my mother, she has been in the U.S for 11 years with any documents she got here in 1997 with no documents, can i make a petition for her without any problems and how????

Unfortunately, it isn't as easy as you think. She will have to return to her country because she has been here illegally. She might be able to return in a couple years though. You need to talk to an immigration lawyer for exact details.

That can not be legal.....you probably will have problems.

I  think  you can petition your mother but first she have to came back  to her country and then you gone sponsor her to the USA.
