I have an intertherm center

Question

I have an intertherm center heater. I just purchsed the new house and it finally became summer. I tried to turn the fan on only as I am used to in other homes. However, the fan does not come on. I looked in the inside of the heater and see that a gray wire is not hooked up, which may be the fan relay??? Any help appreciated.
