review your resume, be open and polite. give a good handshake, not too hard, not wimpy.  eye contact and smiling are key.  know what your strengths are and at least one weakness that you are working on.  try to look up the mission statement for olive garden.  compliment their food.  look at the menu.  good luck!

It is only Oliver Garden... just shower before you go, dress nice, speak legibly and know your Italian foods.  If you are in the least bit attractive, then it will be no sweat to land a job. (Sorry, if that offends some people, but it is the truth.)

just dress appropriately and it depends on what position you're looking for. always keep a smile on your face and stay positive. if you are unsure just stay confident. they rather want somebody confident then unsure

I've interviewed several people as manager of store as well as other companies  and what I was always looking for was professional dressed, smiles, and a people person.  Act confident, and just so ever sure of yourself that you already have the job, the interview is just a formality.  Also be sure to let them know you are ready to be promoted as soon as they ready or as soon as they need you to step up and assume additional duties.  Be ready to point out how you have went above and beyond expectations on past jobs, or school projects, and be ready with specific examples.  Good Luck
