  1. They way to do a interview is to keep a straight face. Don't move your hands as much. Keep a smile on and stand up and sit up straight too. Answer the question the way you would don't ask people for help. It will make it no you then you will have the feeling on you all the time. I used someone else to get me highered they should be the ones here not me.

    Have a good day,

    Silent

  2. If you dont know the questions then you dont deserve the job! Its up to you to use your brains and devise questions to suit the school which is interviewing you for a job. Perhaps the school will prove unsuitable or perhaps you are unsuitable for the job of nursery assistant.

NB ... remember you are applying for a position as nursey ASSISTANT and not as a nursery TEACHER. There is a vaste difference and you must know your role.

  3. ask yourself why you want to work with children, what qualities you have which you could bring to the nursery and how you would be an asset to their team. Write them down as you think of them, take them with you to your interview so that just before your interview - while you're waiting, you can have a look and refresh your mind.....

Also think about the children, how you would encourage learning and education through various games and puzzles  to keep them entertained and enjoying learning. Remember they will look up to you, so you need to practice what you preach with good manners etc

  4. Surely you should know the answers, like by asking yourself.

Like, why do you actually wanna work for them?

  5. well the job involves kids so tell them why you would be a suitable candidate to work with kids, tell them what qualities you posess and why you want to work as a nursery assisant, (by the way they will be asking you questions and i don't know what but you have to be prepared for whatever they ask you and be confident) if you have any younger siblings tell them and say that you look after them and that you enjoy working with children, you like the creativity side of working in a child dominated environment, but most of all be yourself and things should work out fine. Good luck!

  6. If I was interviewing you, I would be looking for a team player who fits in well with everyone else. I would also want someone who can work independently and not need to keep asking what they should do next, but just get on with it.

You also need to show that you like children and know a bit about child development and how children learn in the early years. And you need to say that you are willing to do training and qualifications to improve your skills and knowledge.

It's important to show that you have some childcare experience (and if you haven't, get some).

    Good luck :-)
