I have an interview on tomorrow..when is an appropriate time to send or give the thank you letter?

  1. Do not give to receptionist. You need to make sure you get the name of the person or people who interview you. Sometimes, you think it could be one and it could be more or someone completely different. There is something that may come up in the interview that you may want to add to the note.

    If they are making a decision within the next day or 2, you can email them a note or return with the letter. If it will be longer than that, drop one in the mail.
