  1. if captain position then be familiar with sop and company procedure and all memory item as well as crm.

if cabin crew get a good knowledge of first aid and customer service skills

  2. try airlinepilotcentral.com... it helpped me with alot.

  3. ...if captain position then be familiar with sop and company procedure and all memory item...

How would he/she know the company SOP's and memory items?

What if the airline flies more than one type?  Plus memory items vary widely for the same airplane from airline to airline.

    airlinepilotcentral.com

    flightinfo.com

Plus be ready for "tell me about a time..." questions...

  4. Go check out www.aviationinterviews.com

They have gouges on nearly every airline in the world and its free.  Register for free or pay the guy a few dollars.  Its a great site and helped me land my last three job interviews.

  5. What is the position ? Pilot, Flight Attendent, Mechanic etc

There is different questions for each position.

  6. visit www.willflyforfood.cc for tons of useful gouge info, for many airlines.
