I have an interview today for cheer coach position, what will they be asking me?

I have already coached for 2 years in my old town. I had to move and that is why I no longer coach there. :( But I recently found another coaching position down where I live now for a Varsity squad.

The thing is that It was over 3 years ago that I was interviewed, and I don't remember what questions were asked. I am not nervous, just want to be prepared.

This squad is just sideline, not competition.

AS you have already coached, you should be fine!  Just be honest and open and let them see your personality.  

Make sure you stress the importance of education for the cheerleaders and the fact that school always comes first.  As educators, thats what schools want regardless.
