well i work at pac sun and the new manager who was just hired was telling me all about what they talked to her about. she said she has to look over pages and pages of policies and such of the store. and basically the only questions she was asked came from the material. im sure its not the same there, but probably something along those lines.

also like what you would do in certain situations being in a management position, etc

Remember that "she" is a singular use of the word for she. Such as "She went to the store.". "She is" would be the correct way to use "she" in your question. You can even use "she's", which is a contraction of "she is". She is going to interview me for a mangement position" would be correct. The same rules of english can be apllied for he but not we. If you interview without knowing how to speak or write proper english, even in the most basic manner, you will probably be offered a cashier position, maybe. Sorry.
