I have an ipod nano. I plug it into the hard drive using the cord that came with it but it won't sync.?

i just wanna know why it wont sync any of my new music onto it. its really pissing me off. it says its charging but it doesnt pop up with the little icon where all the playlists are. help.

Maybe it is not compatible with the computer your using or the itunes version that you are using. Try installing a different version of itunes or read the requirements list.
