As far as scoring goes, I can tell Allen Iverson will go down as the better scorer, Rose just doesn't have that scorer's mentality, or ability for that matter that Iverson does.

As far as a leader, that remains to be seen. I think Rose can be a great leader and great playmaker for years to come. You never know, he could lead his team to the finals or a title.

So offensively Iverson will be better, but Rose may be special in his own way.

thats a tough question, because they are polar opposites. AI is a shoot first combo guard, something that normally doesnt work in the NBA, but AI has turned into one of the best offensive careers ever. D-Rose (is it too early for him to get a nickname?) might be the most unselfish PG player to come out of college since J-Kidd came out of Cal back 3485603 years ago. this is a VERY tough question, but when their careers are over (Iverson in 5-8 years, Rose in 15-18 years), im gonna have to say Rose is better, because if you look at every title team since 1989-90 and on, you need a good PG to win the title. From Isiah to Rajon, most teams need a good PG who can get your stars the ball, play defense, and most importantly, give consistency on both ends. Iverson is consistant on offense, but Rose is consistent on both ends

If i were to pick..io would pick Allen Iverson easily.  Its like, Rose mite be a first pick, but Iverson have already done so much and in order for Rose to be better, he will not only have ot match all of AI's numbers but beat it too.  I think Iverson will be better than Rose.

i think that as time goes on the talent of players grows. so i think that assuming rose wont turn out to be a bust i think he will at the end of his career be better then iverson at the end of his career.
