I have an offer of working in Manama with salary of US$5000 all inclusive.Is it sufficient???

1)What is the cost of a decent apt (furnished)

2) What is the cost of food

3) Weekend breaks

Lived at Bahrain (only for few months at two dfrnt years) but what I know that with 5000 USD roughly 1840+ Bahrain Dinars is a good salary (construction workers gets less than 200 BD only - just as an example). I do not have an idea about the current apartment rental charges, the food and other expenses may cost you (depends on you) around 150 to 200 only BUT the weekend xpns is dangerous at Bahrain you can spend all that salary in a day you will find bars every where most of them will provide you many pleasure rather than just drinking (you know what I mean) and they can cuase addiction; many people (young and old) spends all what they earns at these bars same stands for Saudis who drove to Bahrain during weekend to have forbidden fruits. But if you are disciplined and self controlled you sure can survive in a good condition (as I did) with the salary you mentioned
